The Grounded One
You're already making room for presence
When things go sideways, you tend to take a breath, work out what you can learn, and keep going. A free evening can just be a free evening. A hard day doesn't automatically turn into a verdict on you. You may feel the pull of the other four patterns now and then, but none of them has the wheel.
What's true here. Being grounded doesn't mean you're finished, or that you never perform. It often means you've built some trust in yourself already. A short quiz can't see everything, and under enough pressure most of us slip into one of the four patterns. It's worth knowing what you're standing on before that happens.
All four capacities. Presence is a practice, not a finish line. Body Wisdom, Reading the Unspoken, Living in Alignment, and Inner Knowing are already yours. The work is noticing which ones you lean on, and which ones go quiet when life gets loud.
Think of the last time you felt steady under pressure. What was your body doing? What were you telling yourself? Write down one thing you'd want to repeat.
If you'd like to keep exploring where you're steady, and where pressure still pulls you off center, listen to the Make It a Great One podcast, where Dr. Dan goes deeper on what it takes to build a life that lasts.
